Service is always great, with quick, polite delivery. Unfortunately, when ordering items there is no upper limit, so you can buy more than they have in stock. This meant I was able to order 12,000 Fusing, only to find they could only deliver 1,200, just 10% of what I wanted and paid for. They were good about it and made up for it with Divines, but that's not the point, and it tainted the interaction for me. Ideally the site should be able to limit the amount you can order to prevent this sort of thing from happening. Maybe something they will consider moving forward.
