Fractured fossil is a stackable currency type which can be used to duplicate items. They mostly work on rare items but don`t influence unique ones. Being inserted into the resonator this one of fossils makes a mirror copy of an item. It also puts on the Split tag which does not allow the item to be fractured again. A player can either buy POE Fractured fossil for 1 mln azurites from Niko or drop in Humid Fissure of Azurite Mine or exchange with other Path of Exile players for 1.3 Exalted Orb.
