Bloodstained fossil is Path of Exile currency item. It has a Vaal mod and can have influence only when put into Resonator. The type of fossils do not add a corruption mod. A player can buy a POE bloodstained fossil for 1 million Azurite from Niko the Mad or acquire it in Petrified Forest. The currency can also drop from either the research safehouse chest when Korell Goya is involved in the safehouse or Heist Delve reward chest. In-game price for Bloodstained is 10 Chaos Orb.
